How big is DeLaMare Library and what kind of books are in it?

The DeLaMare Library occupies an area of approximately 22,500 assignable square feet on four floors, and it combines the former collections of the Mines and Engineering Libraries. There are approximately 1,100 stack sections (about 4 miles-worth) of shelving. Together, the former Engineering and Mines Libraries occupied a total area of 14,623 square feet. The collection now includes all of the engineering disciplines currently taught at UNR, and computer science, the earth sciences, physical geography, and the University's Map Library.
